GENERAL QUESTIONS

A: We have been in this swimming pool business since 2005 (before this, we're known as A.S. Pool Tech & Supply)

A: We provide total solutions for swimming pool and fountain mainly. But we do offer other services that are related to our scope of work. See our portfolios for more informations.

Tasik's E-SHOP

A: There are few basic steps you can follow. First, click 'E-Shop' on the top menu > Click on the products category > Select your product > Select Quantity> Click 'Add to cart' > You will get a notice, and please select 'continue' to continue shopping, or 'cart' to checkout. > If you click 'cart', you will be directed to your cart's page > You can edit, remove or modify your orders here > After done, click 'checkout' > You will be required to fill in your previous username and password (for existing customer) , or for a new customer, you're required to register. After registered, our site will email a copy of the invoice to your registered e-mail address. After this process completed, please allow 2-3 working days for our representative to reach you. If it turns out that we do not response to your order, please contact us directly to check for your order.

A: Yes! We do have physical store, and our store (showroom) is located at Kepong.(Please refer our contact address)

A: Yes! It would be much better for you to collect your orders direct from our showroom as it can save you both the delivery cost and time.

A: You can make payment to our RHB bank upon receiving of the invoice. We accept credit card, bank-transfer, TT, and cash for the mean time.

Products, Warranty & Delivery

A: All our swimming pool products are under warranty from the manufacturer and it's based on back-to-back warranty, and some are limited warranty. It's vary from one product range to another. Please re-confirm with our sales representative during your purchase.

A: We do ship all the swimming pool products to all over major places in the world, (and all places within Malaysia) at a cost. We basically don't make any profit from the delivery, and the cost will be absorbed by the customer. For within Malaysia, our delivery agents are: Skynet and Pos Laju. International: DHL
